SportCirqls is the Official Sports Community Partner of The Edinburgh International Cup.
In August, SportCirqls was proud to be part of the Edinburgh International Cup, the largest youth football event in the world.
This incredible tournament brought together over 700 teams from across the globe, including participants from Scotland, Wales, Ireland, England, France, Japan, Nigeria, the USA, and Spain. As the official Sports Community Partner, SportCirqls had the privilege of hosting the Goal of the Tournament video competition, which saw more than 200 of the best goals scored, submitted and over 3,000 votes cast. Winners were crowned in each age group, showcasing the talent and passion of young footballers at every level.
It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the grassroots football community and celebrate the global spirit of the game. Looking ahead, we are eager to expand this experience by encouraging teams from South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand to join through the SportCirqls pathways. This will not only enrich the tournament but also create new connections and opportunities for young athletes worldwide.
The Edinburgh International Cup was truly an inspiring celebration of youth sport, and we are excited to confirm that SportCirqls plans to be back again next year to continue building on this success.
